Some Enchanted Sondheim

Jessa Liversidge, accompanied by Malcolm Maddock, return to Theatre@41 to perform some of musical theatre's finest melodies and lyrics, from 'West Side Story' and 'Oklahoma', to 'Follies' and "Into The Woods", and much more.

Songs taken out of their show contexts and stripped bare, allowing the songs to tell their own stories through an intimate solo performance, with stories of how Stephen Sondheim and Oscar Hammerstein inspired each other - from how Hammerstein spent an afternoon harshly tearing apart Sondheim's first attempt at a musical, to a touching photo inscription left by Hammerstein not long before his death.
